Charlotte's first visit to Maine was fabulous. The ride there was uneventful, which made it pleasurable and the time spent there was great too. Charlotte and the older 2 slept great and were fun. We headed to Freeport on Saturday and Jack got to pick out a bike for his birthday. He was so happy. Once we got back to the house, he took a nice bike ride with Papa Coffey. He was in heaven. Olivia enjoyed it too. Auntie Regina wasn't able to join us this time, but Auntie Alexa did. We had a great time with her. She gave Olivia a pedicure and we enjoyed just hanging around. Olivia got her 'fix' of LL Beans Hot Dogs, as she calls them and Jack got his Soft Ice Cream and Candy store fix. It's so funny; we have a routine when we go to Freeport. We return stuff at the Flagship store, eat hotdogs and drink Lemonade, get soft ice cream and hit the candy store...oh, and we check out the fish in the store as well and ride the bikes in the bike shop. We had a great weekend all around.
Charlotte loved watching the water, the fish, ducks and boats....I love witnessing her see something for the first time...it's so exciting! What a great weekend!
First food, other than rice and oatmeal: Sweet potatoes and boy did she love them!
Olivia loved going up to the loft. Maybe someday she'll sleep up there!
