Here's a picture of a sea otter doing a back flip. The kids got such a kick out of him. He just kept diving in backwards, swimming back around onto the rocks and then doing another flip. He was so funny! We loved it.
Now, your going to see a few of these pictures of the kids with their heads through these things. I don't know why they created these things, we obviously know they are fake, but every child seems to love them and every parent feels the need to take them. So here they are...
This is an American Bull Frog. Now it looks big, because it is. It's the size a dinner plate, actually bigger than that. Olivia thought it was so cool!
Jack loved the fuzzy orange and black spider. Yes, it's a tarantula.
As always, feeding the Llama's and the goats were a hit.
...and they laughed hysterically when the Llama's took turns rolling around in the dirt!
Aren't these white lions so beautiful? The kids like them, but not as much as I would've bet on.
Here are the Sloth Bears. These were the kids favorites. Olivia and Jack enjoyed watching them walk around in circles, up and down the stairs and just showing off. They were my favorite too!
So Cute!
And one last picture of my children as sloth bears.
It was a great last day of summer for me anyway. We went the Friday prior to me starting school. I had a blast..just me and my beautiful children. After the zoo, we went to lunch at Bliss. It's a restaurant and ice cream place. Olivia absolutely loved it because the drinks and food came out so fast. I think it's her new favorite place to eat now.
